  • We may refuse any order and/or limit or cancel quantities per person/household/order/account/payment method/address. If we change/cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact info provided at purchase.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase/account information and to promptly update contact and payment details.

8) Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools "as is" and "as available," without any warranties or endorsements. Your use is at your own risk and subject to the third party's terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consumer Verified Review and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits/revenue/data), even if advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations—where prohibited, our liability will be the minimum allowed by law.

15) Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or your use of the Service will be determined by binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, before a single arbitrator, administered by JAMS, under the JAMS Comprehensive Rules (or Streamlined Rules for claims ≤ $250,000). The arbitrator will apply the substantive law of the State of Florida. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this provision.

Class Action & Jury Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, both parties waive any right to a jury trial.

The arbitrator may award monetary damages and other remedies permitted by law and will issue a reasoned written decision ("Award"). The Award may be confirmed in any court with jurisdiction. Each party advances one-half of arbitration fees, subject to reallocation by the arbitrator. The prevailing party may recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs for the claims on which it prevails. Proceedings and evidence will be kept confidential to the extent allowed by law.

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Consumer Verified Review and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party right.

17) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is enforceable to the maximum extent allowed and deemed severed from the Terms; the remaining provisions remain in full force.

18) Termination

Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive termination. If we believe you have violated these Terms, we may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, and you remain liable for amounts due up to the termination date. We may deny access to the Service accordingly.

19) Entire Agreement

These Terms and any policies posted on this site constitute the entire agreement between you and Consumer Verified Review and govern your use of the Service, superseding prior agreements and communications. Any ambiguity will not be construed against the drafting party.

20) Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide Services are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We may update or change these Terms at our sole discretion by posting updates to the website. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

23) VIP Membership

If you purchased a VIP membership, you may cancel by contacting [email protected]. Changes/cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your next billing date.

Free Trials

From time to time, we may offer one-time Free Trials at our discretion. A Free Trial provides the benefits of VIP at no cost during the trial period. Upon expiration, your account will automatically roll into a monthly VIP membership and the monthly VIP fee will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. Current VIP members are not eligible. Previous VIP members or Free-Trial participants are not eligible again for at least 13 months after cancellation. Free Trials can be cancelled at any time by emailing [email protected].

Modification. We may add/remove VIP services or discontinue VIP at any time. Material changes will be noticed via email to your registered address and/or by posting updated VIP terms on the site.

24) Shipping & Returns

  • You are responsible for shipping costs on returns; such costs are non-refundable.
  • For replacements, a shipping/handling fee (e.g., US$10 per item or higher based on location and other factors) may apply.
  • For items over $75, consider a trackable shipping service or insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Due to carrier constraints and local/global restrictions, order delivery may take longer than normal. We appreciate your patience—your order will be delivered. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. High volumes may delay responses from support; thanks for your understanding.
